Unconscious Bias

Workshop Description

Everyone has bias, sometimes we are aware of ours, sometimes we are not. So what does it mean Bias today and why very often are Unconsciuos for each of us. This course helps us to know the meaning, to become consciuos about ours and start to manage it. The 3 G's Map will also help us to recognise some bias in others and manage the possible impact on our business. We talk about diversity, equity and inclusion. We need to analise ourself to become more inclusive with others.
