Workshop Description

Taking inspiration from some researches in intercultural differences, we will map our differences according to intercultural orientations, in particular: High/Low Context, Decision Making, And I-do / What-I-do Feedback; Multi/Mono Time Planning. Starting with these intercultural habits and expectations, the course will embed our experience on intercultural characteristics and stereotypes. We will present theories, models and key concepts of interpersonal and intercultural communication in order to become more curios about common grounds and flexible with the different cultural orientations
